Approach

Put the plan under pressure before the market does.

Kuden is a philosophy before it is a method. Everything we do comes back to one question: will this plan survive contact with reality, and if not, where will it break?

1

From Here to There

Every plan names a destination. We spend as much effort on the starting point: where the business really is today, measured the same way the destination is. The route follows from an honest baseline, not the other way round.

2

Target assurance

We take the targets in the plan and put them under pressure, function by function, to see which will hold. Like an inner tube held under water, the weak points show themselves quickly once you know where to look.

3

One model, every function

Go-to-market, product, engineering, finance, customer and people are each scored on the same scale. Every metric is read against three reference points: the company's own target, its trend over time, and an external benchmark.

4

Capability and value kept apart

A health score tells you how capable the business is. It does not tell you what a decision is worth. We keep the two separate, so a good score never hides a weak value case and a strong case never excuses a weak engine.

5

Evidence for the board, judgement for the board

We structure the evidence. The board challenges it, shapes it and decides. Our job is to make that decision faster and better informed, never to take it.

6

Direction from the board, delivery from management

We are clear about the line: investors own where capital goes, management owns how it gets delivered. Our work respects both sides of that line.

How an engagement runs

Weeks, not quarters.

  1. 01

    Evidence in

Board packs, plans, CRM and finance data. What already exists, not a new reporting burden.

  2. 02

    Score and baseline

Every function scored on one model and read against target, trend and benchmark.

  3. 03

    Stress the plan

Target assurance on the numbers that matter most to the investment case.

  4. 04

    Decide and act

A clear brief for the board: where to accelerate, where to fix, where to protect.

Start a conversation

Test the plan before the market does.

A short conversation is usually enough to know whether a scan would be useful for your fund or your business.
